At Hello.LA.Girl, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or store credit.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
